- The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable) intact.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box with no signs of wear or damage.
Certain items such as customized products, lingerie, jewelry, and personalized items may not be eligible for return, unless they are faulty or defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Undergarments, lingerie, or swimwear.
- Jewelry and watches that have been worn or altered.
- Gift cards and other non-returnable products.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Once you receive the return instructions, securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and shipping labels, if possible.
- Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure the safe delivery of the item back to us.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet the return conditions outlined above. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- The refund amount will be for the cost of the returned items minus any shipping or handling charges.
- If you used a discount or promo code at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued based on the amount paid after applying the discount.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
